3. User Responsibilities
You agree:
  • To provide accurate information during registration or while requesting services
  • To maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account access
  • To use the services only for legal purposes
You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, software, source code, trademarks, documents, and graphics on our website or services are the sole property of UVA Technologies.
You may not:
  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Reverse-engineer
  • Distribute
  • Sell or resell our services or intellectual property
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

5. Customer Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our SaaS platforms.
By using our services, you grant UVA Technologies a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We will never sell or misuse your business data.

6. Subscription, Payments & Renewal (For SaaS Users)
  • Subscription fees must be paid on time as per invoice/payment schedule.
  • Failure to pay may lead to suspension or cancellation of services.
  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your service or subscription by notifying us in writing.
We may suspend/terminate your access if:
  • You violate these Terms
  • There is non-payment or misuse of services
  • Illegal activity is detected
Upon termination, access to your account, data, and files may be restricted.

8. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party tools (hosting, payment gateways, email services, etc.).
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
Usage of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Error-free performance
  • Accuracy of content or data
We are not liable for any data loss due to technical issues or user actions.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • UVA Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business, or profits.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months before the issue occurred.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold UVA Technologies harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms anytime.
The latest version will always be posted on our website with a “Last Updated” date.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
